'It is all about caring for people' (quote from the Ipswich Evening Star).
We have joined with thirty Ipswich Churches to partner with Ipswich Police and the Ipswich 'Night Safe Project' in an initiative called Town Pastors - or affectionately nicknamed 'The God Squad'. Town Pastors are out every Friday & Saturday night, 10pm-4am, dressed in hi-vis jackets and headgear - Watching out for the vulnerable, listening and helping people on the streets. Read more
